Our therapists have years of experience engaging with youth, providing a safe place for them to express their feelings and develop coping skills. Our therapists practice from a family-systems approach and will include the parents/caregiving system while respecting the child's relationship and privacy.

Our therapists are trained in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
